We want you to love what you have purchased so we urge you to inspect your order when it arrives to make sure it satisfies your expectation.  If you find any concerns in regards to the product, please contact us as soon as possible.  We will happily refund or exchange your purchase within 30 days from the date your order was fulfilled.

  1. For exchanges, we will supply you with a return label at no charge. Please email us at touchbase@devi4life.com with your First and Last Name, Order # and details on the exchange and we will get back to you as soon as possible!   Please note, returned/exchanged items should be in their original condition with tags attached, and your return or exchange must be accompanied by your original receipt and/or packing slip. 
  2. For Returns: returns will be refunded using the original payment method. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please allow up to two weeks for returns to be processed and your refund to be issued. 
  3. Please ship your return/exchange to the following address using USPS (United States Postal Service): Devi Life LLC, 21 Orinda Way, Suite 140C, Orinda, CA, 94563, USA

We provide free shipping across the USA and Canada.  All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Flat Rate.  Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Yes, both of our lines (body care and clothing) are made with the same ethos: Do no harm.  For our body care products, we take great care with our raw ingredients (from a health perspective and natural origins standpoint).  We pay asking prices for goods/materials and support the little guy.  For our clothing line, we work with small businesses and individual artisans to craft each product, helping foster independence and livelihood for both artisans and small family businesses.

The body care products we make have an extremely stable shelf life.  We recommend using them within one year of opening.  Please ensure that the product(s) are placed out of direct sunlight and/or heat.  This will help elongate the shelf life of your product.

Our products are 100% natural with a great deal of the raw ingredients being organic.  When an organic option is not available, we use high quality ingredients with little to no processing so they are highly bioavailable for the body to absorb.

Yes, all of our products are vegan with the exception of Lip Glow lip balm which has beeswax.
